Personal Statement
I am a hard working, creative individual who is immensely committed to achieving a career within the film and television industry.
I have a strong sense of humour, coupled with an affable and dynamic personality. I am driven and passionate towards filmmaking and storytelling.
From an early age, filmmaking and writing have been an important part of my life, and given me a lot of inspiration and joy, and I have made more than fifty short films since I first picked up a camera!

Ambition
On the simplest level, I want to be part of that awe-inspiring process that takes an idea and brings it to the big screen. Having worked alongside small crews on short films on an amateur level, I've found that film making is a passion that I want to make my career.
Most of all, I'd like to take my own writings and ideas to audiences as a director or scriptwriter, as I feel I have a lot of creative potential. Every day, I seem to come up with a new idea for a film, a television show or a short!
Why film?
Film is the most important form of entertainment of both this century and the last. It can speak to audiences across the globe in a way that has been rivaled only by the emergence of the internet and personal computing, and it still stands as a staple of global entertainment culture. It is an art, a community and a culture all rolled into one.

Why me?
I believe I have the potential, the drive and the passion for film and film making that makes me stand out. Having just completed my three year B.A in Film Studies at King's College London, I am determined to take what I have learned in my work, and take it to the sphere of production. I am willing to do whatever it takes to break into the industry.
